XLWrite: A Console Application for Creating Excel Workbooks from CSV Files


xlwrite file1.csv [file2.csv ... ] workbook.xls

Multiple .csv files will be included into the workbook as worksheets, with worksheet names corresponding to the CSV file name prefix.

N.B. This program does not require that Excel be installed on your computer.

The Perl source which uses Spreadsheet::WriteExcel by John McNamara -- jmcnamara@cpan.org.

To use the program with GAMS on a PC, copy the executable file to your GAMS system directory and refer to GAMS2CSV.
